Experience

Partner, Younce & Moore, LLP, 1986 - present

  • 31 years of engagement in private law practice, primarily representing small businesses and commercial law and litigation, mediation and arbitration

 

From 1967 - 1985, served as Senior Attorney at a multi-state corporation, where his responsibilities included:

  • Mergers and Acquisitions

  • Legal services to all sales offices

  • Litigation arising out of the sale of the company's many products

  • Legal responsibilities for development and sale of real estate holdings in several states not reserved for manufacturing

  • Legal advice on regulatory and other legal challenges of manufacturing plants in several states
